26/04/2014 Fairford Classic Car Club Visit

655MaPS member Alistair Kinross brought 16 members of the Fairford Classic Car Club along for a visit to XM655, and also brought some very welcome sunshine along with 9 classic cars.

Once Av had welcomed the visitors to 655MaPS, Len gave the visitors a little history of how and why XM655 ended up at Wellesbourne.

As usual, our visitors were split into groups of four (the maximum number that can be accommodated for a cockpit tour), each group being allocated a volunteer to show them around the aircraft.

Meanwhile Eric continued with replacing the air delivery valve on our Palouste air start trolley, which had given us some trouble during the previous week's engine runs, whilst David looks on.
