After the bustle of last Saturday, it was a much quieter day at Wellesbourne today with no booked parties of visitors and a number of our volunteers away for various reasons.

Today was probably our busiest day ever on the XM655 pan at Wellesbourne. We hosted around forty members of the BSA Gold Star Owners Club with lots of their gorgeous machines, followed by members of the Usk Valley Classic Car Club with some beautiful Morgans, and finally the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association Members’ Working Group, who had been holding a meeting at the airfield.
A baking hot day at Wellesbourne today as our volunteers looked after a large party from the Royal Observer Corps Association and lots of casual visitors.

A busy day as usual , again the weather was kind to us, if not a little too windy.

Another very sunny day at Wellesbourne, and with all the lovely sun came a steady stream of visitors to take a look around XM655, including a couple of our colleagues who help look after another cold war veteran Victor XM715.

Today we were able to complete the Engine Ground Run which we had to postpone because of ground equipment problems at Easter.

A busy day at Wellesbourne today with lots of visitors to XM655. We had the Birmingham Spice Group plus a number of additional bookings in the morning, a group of bikers in the afternoon, and lots of casual visitors all day.
